Fees Payment Clause: The fee paid to Posh Matrimonial Services is non-refundable and non-transferable. Posh Matrimonial Services does not entertain requests for refunds, credits, or exchanges for any non-refundable fees, regardless of circumstances, unless expressly specified in writing.

Limitation & Liability: Posh Matrimonial Services assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any communications between Posh Matrimonial Services & its members. All liabilities, whether civil or criminal arising out of any content that is posted on the website will be of that member / user / third party who has posted such content and we reserve right to claim damages from such member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such content posted on the website. We do not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the services rendered by us.

Also, it is made very much clear that we merely act as a bridge between two members and their families for the purpose of building matrimonial knots and have no means to verify or authenticate the information provided to us by the members. Thus, we are not liable for any sort of future discrepancies what so ever.

Payment Confirmation: Upon concluding a monetary transaction with us, you will receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of payment.
